The Performance and Reward Team is part of the Human Capital Group and advises clients on Executive Compensation and Benefits, Share Plans, Human Capital due diligence and Mergers and Acquisitions services, Reward Management and Global Mobility Policy.
The position is for a Manager or Senior Manager with relevant experience in the design and implementation of share schemes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
- Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken
- Contribute to successfully extracting maximum value for both The Firm and clients from the tax services delivered whilst managing risk appropriately for both client and The Firm
The person
- Strong and motivated team player
- Experienced tax practitioner with reviewing skills and expertise in functional area
- Client driven and strategically and commercially aware
- Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral.
- Enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work
- Ideally ACA/ACCA/CA; or
- Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course; or Law qualification.
- CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA)
